ASPIRE55 FITNESS PROGRAMMES AND SCHEDULE

ASPIRE55 is offering these fitness programmes to enable our members to continue their workout regime and stay healthy.

Please read carefully and understand how your membership can be utilised for each of these workout options:

To sign up for the sessions, members can book online via SimplyBook tool and select your preferred Clubhouse, workout class, date and timing - https://aspire55.simplybook.asia/v2/#book.

HUR 1-1 PRIVATE SESSION

HUR Private Session focused on resistance training using HUR strength training machines during the 60 minutes group workout session with a dedicated trainer assigned to oversee your workout on the HUR strength training machines. A customised training programme will be developed for each member based on his/her physical abilities and fitness goals. We aim to help you achieve your fitness goals and/or to improve your daily activities such as climbing stairs, gardening, walking or even simply to have fun activities with our grandchildren. 

For Gold membership package, we will include fitness assessment every 6 months as a checkpoint on your fitness progress towards to your fitness goals. 


Class Structure: 1-to-1 with a dedicated trainer in a group workout settings. Suitable for members who are not confident to join a group sessions and need guidance for the initial phase; post-stroke; living with dementia; or parkinsons.

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: Two (2) credits will be deducted from your membership (members) per pax

HUR GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

HUR Group Session (5-9 pax with 1 trainer) is focused on resistance training using HUR strength training machines during the 60 minutes workout session. A customised training programme will be developed for each member based on his/her physical abilities and fitness goals. Within this small group workout session, 1 trainer is assigned to oversee the workout session to ensure proper form and posture of each member, and encourage you to lead an active lifestyle. ASPIRE55 aims to work with you on your fitness journey, to enable you to be stronger as you age and improve your mobility, balance and daily activities such as walking gait (better), climbing stairs, carrying items, squat and reach overhead.

For Platinum and Gold membership package, we will include fitness assessment every 6 months as a checkpoint on your fitness progress towards to your fitness goals. 

Class Structure: Between 4-9 pax per session, with 1 trainer. If less than min. pax signed up for the session, we may cancel the session and will contact you to change to an alternative session.

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: 1 credits will be deducted from your membership (members) per pax

NON-MACHINE GROUP WORKOUT SESSION

Non-machine group sessions focused on - strengthening, functionality/ mobility and flexibility to enable members to be stronger as we age and move easily, pain-free. These non-machine group sessions will utilise body weight and free weights to help us perform our daily activities better with minimal injuries or pain, improve our posture, balance and cardiovascular health to help us Move Pain-Free, Move Easily and Move Confidently. As we rely on our body to perform these exercises, these sessions will help us to be more aware of our body movements, our range of motion, our muscular strength, balance and joint stability.   

Class Structure: Max 6 pax per session, with 1 trainer. If less than 3 pax signed up for the session, we may cancel the session and will contact you to change to an alternative session.

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Cost: 1 credit per session will be deducted from your membership (members).

LIVE ONLINE WORKOUT SESSION

Online Workout sessions are created to support members who prefer to workout within the comfort of their home, and also to minimise commuting to public areas. The programme designed is similar to non-machines workout sessions where we focus on providing weekly doses of different types of exercises. Unlike many online sessions, our trainers not only provide the guidance on how to perform each exercise, they will also supervise the members on their posture and form, as much as possible, dependent on members' camera setup.

(Feel free reach out to us if you require any guidance on how to use Zoom and position your camera for optimum supervision by the trainer.)

Frequency of Sessions: Min. 2 sessions a week.

Class Duration: 45 - 60 minutes

Cost: Eight (8) credits will be deducted from your membership on a monthly basis (members) with video recording for you to redo or missed a session. If you wish to select certain session(s)/ ala-carte, cost will be one (1) credit per session for the live session (no recordings provided).

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

A fully-customised training programme prepared by your trainer, to work with you towards achieving your fitness goals in terms of strengthening, mobility, flexibility or balance or a combination of areas. This 45 minutes session will be delivered using either free weights, fitness equipment or body weight. This will be conducted at outdoor or at your home.  

Class Structure: 1-to-1 private session with a trainer (or maximum up to 2 pax per private session)

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Cost: Four (4) credits will be deducted from your membership. Additional pax 1 credits per session.
