2nd session: (2.5hrs) 20 March Wednesday 3PM to 530PM
Fitness Assessment Results run through with each individual (1hr)
Introduction to HUR machines and baseline load test per machine (1.5hr)
Session 3 to 24: (1hr each session)
2 x per week
Every Wednesday & Friday, 430PM to 530PM
11 weeks workout programme: total 22 workout sessions
Last 2 sessions (25 & 26)
Session 25 (1hr): Fitness Assessment
Session 26 (1hr): Report collection and ASPIRE55 Membership signup
