Experience the ASPIRE55 Virtual Exercise Classes to improve your Strength, Mobility and Stamina. We are pleased to provide you with trial access to our virtual programme in the month of March 2022 valued at S$280 for 11 sessions including post workout recording links.
Each session is conducted live with an experienced ASPIRE55 Seniors Fitness Trainer and designed specially to help seniors to get into a regular workout routine especially if you have been sedentary due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Equipment: Walking shoes, weights (water bottles/ dumbbells), mid-size cushion
(45-mins combination of walking, active movement, strength training. Occasionally may add in hand-eye coordination exercises or cognitive training too!)
Functional & Balance with Khen (From 3 March)Thursday 2pm
Equipment: Exercise mat
(45-mins of body weight exercise focused on strengthening your core and leg muscles to help you move better and perform daily activities more efficiently)
Strengthen with Daryl (From 5 March)Saturday 1.30pm
Equipment: Weights (water bottles/ dumbbells/ kettlebell), exercise mat
(45-mins of strengthening training to help you feel stronger and confident in performing your daily activities)
