UP FOR A CHALLENGE?
INTERVAL TRAINING with YC
Looking for a mix of cardio and full body workout but slightly more intense and yet senior-friendly? The interval training is designed for moderate to advance level as there would be high repetitions, shorter rest time and the exercise targets the whole body, or wait ... sometimes, it may just be the dreaded core exercises.
Join YC for this 45-min exercise, as she encourages you and pushes you to complete each set of exercises. The exercises can be customised as YC will provide the planned version, an easy version or even the harder version to suit each persons' abilities. Just shout out to her if you prefer an easier / harder version.
Always remember to listen to your body, STOP if you feel pain (not sore) or SLOW DOWN if you are tired.
Attire: Wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout
Equipment: Exercise mat, weights (1 - 2 litre water bottles / 1 - 2kg dumbbells), long towel or stretch band.
