MORNING CARDIO HOUR Walk & Stretch with YC
"Move A Little" "Sweat A Little" "Laugh A Little"
Let's walk together every Friday morning, 10AM! We will complete a 30-40 min virtual walk session (approx. 3km), to get you moving from the comfort of your own homes. Walking is a great and simple aerobic exercise that pushes your heart to be a little bit fitter, strengthens your bones and muscles, improves your balance, creates endorphins that would make you happier, and many other benefits! Come join us to get active!
This is a moderate level exercise as you will be moving non-stop for 40mins, it will get your heart pumping, it's a full body workout, it will get sweaty and sometimes, we may also add in some weight training too.
Attire: Do come dress in a comfortable attire. Shoes are strongly advised to be worn for the workout.
Equipment: A sturdy chair and occasionally, weights or a cushion pillow.
Please take note: Do not push yourself beyond your capabilities. Listen to your body and STOP if you experience any pain or SLOW DOWN if you are tired.

Yiing Ching (YC). She is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ASPIRE55, a sports enthusiast, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Senior Fitness Specialist. She believes that exercise should be engaging, challenging and fun at the same time. Motivating older adults to continue to workout, be stronger and active has been her goal since setting up ASPIRE55.
