"Move, Sweat, Smile, and Repeat!"
Join Us For A Workout with Sam!
6 MAY (THURSDAY) | 10AM
Our trainer, Sam, will be demonstrating and guiding you through a series of exercises that focuses on strength and mobility. These exercises will be demonstrated to you first to see and understand how the movement should be performed. As you perform, Sam will keep a keen eye out on your form and feedback will be provided to facilitate your workout session. So, make sure you find a good spot to set up your camera!
This exercise is moderate level for seniors. We will have a combination of movements, balance and weight training while standing or supported against a wall/ chair, with repetitions for each exercise.
Attire: Do wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
Equipment (to prepare and may be used during the session):
Please take note: Do not push yourself beyond your capabilities. Listen to your body and STOP if you experience any pain or SLOW DOWN if you are tired.

Instructor:
Samuel is ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Myoskeletal Massage therapist. He has been exposed to a wide range of clients from young to old. He is attached to a physio clinic where he is practicing as a sports therapist and movement coach. Many of his training style incorporate functional neurology applications such as "multi-sensory approach". As well as ensuring that breathing is at the top of the hierarchy. The only thing we as humans do all day is to "breathe". Improve respiration first, and everything else will fall into place. He always looks to further develop his skills by attending overseas courses, like his latest one he attended in Seoul Korea and Melbourne.
