"Breathe, Stretch and Relax"
Stretching Session with Rong Xing!
12 MAY (WEDNESDAY) | 9AM
Come join ASPIRE55 Live Workout Session of Tension Relief every Wednesday morning. Treat yourself to a quiet time with a series of relaxing stretches that aim to release tension from your week.
Stretching is one aspect of the exercise routine often neglected by most people. "We should stretch daily, in order to protect our mobility and independence. Stretching keeps our muscles flexible, strong and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motions in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight and that may put you at risk for joint pain, strains and muscle damage" - Harvard Health
This session has been specially tailored to for seniors with beginner-friendly moves. And the best part? You can join in anytime! Do share this with your friends and family so that they can join in the fun too!
Attire: Wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout
Equipment: A sturdy chair (without arm rest), and occasionally long towel.
