Seniors Strength Training Programme
Credits can be used for In-person, Virtual and Private Classes
ASPIRE55’s most popular programme is its specialised Seniors Strength Training Programme using the world’s most advanced circuit style air pressure exercise machines from Finland. Members join an annual programme with classes twice a week focused on personalised strength training in 1:1 or 1:4 in a group.
Periodic fitness and balance assessment is provided every three to six months with consultation by our wellbeing trainers. The key benefits for the class is the small group workout classes that are supervised by a seniors friendly trainer. Each class is 45-60 mins, with 10 minutes warm up at the beginning of class led by a trainer, 30-40 minutes circuit training on the machines for each muscle group and 10 minutes cool down. The class can be customised for people of all ages, our typical members profile is 60-75 years old, with our oldest member at 96 years old and youngest member at 48 years old.
