Stretching is one aspect of the exercise routine often neglected by most people. "We should stretch daily, in order to protect our mobility and independence. Instructor: Kusol Kusolpalin (KK) is a friendly, energetic and fun-loving fitness professional, a certified instructor in yoga, dance fitness and kickboxing. His life philosophy is to inspire those around him that there is no barrier to developing one’s health and fitness. A strong believer in leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle, KK’s passion for mind and body wellness is reflected in his classes where he encourages and motivates others to have fun while working out.
