Workout from home! Get ACTIVE with Rong Xing!

Rong Xing will guide you through a series of exercises that focus on gentle flow of strengthening, balance and mobility. Do join us on Zoom for the live workout as we love to have you with us!
Demonstration and feedback will be provided to help you execute the movements correctly! Come in your usual exercise gear and find a suitable spot in your home, that has sufficient space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout. The workout session with Rong Xing will commence at 2:45pm.
Equipment: A sturdy chair. Other equipment to be advised in the reminder email on the day of the event.
Instructor: Rong Xing is an enthusiastic and passionate trainer about health and fitness. The fascination with the human body and movement led her to pursue a Degree in Sport Science (University of Western Australia). Possessing a good knowledge of anatomy and proper exercise techniques and alignment, she ensures that her workouts are safe, effective and challenging suited to each client's level, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and progressive workout routine. She carries a warm and approachable and light hearted disposition when working with people. She also has a RYS® 200 yoga teacher training certification (YTT)
