From 11 June onwards, let's walk together every Thursday, 4 PM! We will be having a 30 min virtual walk session (approx. 2.5km) to get you moving from the comfort of your own homes. Walking is a great and simple aerobic exercise that pushes your heart to be a little bit fitter, strengthens your bones and muscles, improves your balance, creates endorphins that would make you happier, and many other benefits! Come join us to get active! Do share this with your friends and family to register so that they can join in the fun too!

Program Facilitator: Yiing Ching (YC). She is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ASPIRE55, a sports enthusiast, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Senior Fitness Specialist. She believes that exercise should be engaging, challenging and fun at the same time. Motivating older adults to continue to workout, be stronger and active has been her goal since setting up ASPIRE55.
Dress code: Do come dress in a comfortable attire. Shoes are strongly advised to be worn for the workout. Otherwise, barefoot on yoga mat is a good alternative too.
Please come online at least 10 minutes before, and if need to, please feel free to reach out to us for technical assistance. The walk will start at 4pm (on-time).
