A physical brain exercise series created by ASPIRE55 - the programme focuses on incorporating physical activity (such as hand and leg movements, light physical exercises) together with brain exercises to improve not only brain health (cognitive functioning) but also to get you moving too.

Ever heard of the phrase "Use It or Lose It"? This is a common phrase denoting the belief that if we don’t keep our brains (or muscles) active, particularly as we age, our mental (and physical) abilities will fade. So, how do we use it? Join us on Wednesday evenings for our very own ASPIRE55 brain exercise session to move a little, think a little, and practise/ play along with us!

The exercises is suitable for anyone to perform. You can find out more by joining this introductory session to have a look! The sessions are open to anyone, so do share this with your friends and family for them to register so that they can join in the fun with you too!
