"KUSOL KUSOLPALIN" !!!

Kusol Kusolpalin (KK) will be joining the ASPIRE55 family in this coming June and we are really excited to introduce him to all of you! KK is a friendly, energetic and fun-loving fitness professional. He came to Singapore from Thailand when he was 16 and has been living in Singapore since. KK graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Edinburgh Napier University and he is also a certified instructor in dance fitness, kickboxing and yoga.
Starting his fitness journey over a decade ago, KK was both an amateur dancer and a gym enthusiast. After suffering a back injury, he began exploring yoga as part of his rehabilitation journey to strengthen his muscles and flexibility. His life philosophy is to inspire those around him that there is no barrier to developing one’s health and fitness.
A strong believer in leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle, KK’s passion for mind and body wellness is reflected in his classes where he encourages and motivates others to have fun while working out.
KK also speaks English and Thai! If you ever want to pick up some simple Thai phrases, do not be afraid to approach him!
During the welcome session, feel free to join in and chit chat with KK as he'll love to speak to all of you! Thereafter, KK will also be leading our members in an easy ZUMBA workout, an activity that most of you have been looking forward to!
Dress code:
Do come dress in a comfortable attire and we strongly advised you to wear shoes for the ZUMBA workout.
To join our Zoom meetings, simply click onto the URL link that will be sent to you on WhatsApp by your respective clubhouse managers in the broadcast message a day before or on the event day. Do drop us a message if you have any questions regarding our Zoom Catch Up session!
