Welcome back to another session of Brain games and Live Workout with our trainers!
Most of us may already be familiar with the importance of keeping ourselves physically active to prevent the risk of developing certain diseases, but are u aware that brain training is also equally important for seniors brain health? By keeping your brain buzzing with brain games, you may delay the onset of dementia and stimulate a sharper mind! Certain types of brain games may also help to improve your hand-eye coordination and concentration level.
To kick start a brand new week on a high note, our trainers have prepared some brain games followed by a refreshing workout on Zoom just for you! This week, Sam will be focusing on rotational movement base exercises with some simple breathing mobility drills for his live workout session.
During the session, the exercises will be demonstrated first for you to see and understand how the movement should be performed. As you perform, the trainer and staff present will keep a keen eye out on your form and feedback will be provided to facilitate your workout session. So, make sure you find a good spot to set up your camera! Do wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
