Ready for an Afternoon Workout with Rong Xing?
We will start with a short catch up session with members at 2.30pm. Do come online early to chit chat with other members or the staff of ASPIRE55. The workout session with Rong Xing will commence at 3pm and is expected to end around 4pm.
Rong Xing will continue to guide you through a series of exercises that focuses mainly on gentle flow and stretches. In this aspect, these exercises are done to improve your isometric strength, balance and increasing your range of motion. Do join us on Zoom for the live workout as we'll love to have you with us!
Demonstration and feedback will be provided to help you execute the movements correctly! Do wear your usual exercise gear and find a suitable spot in your home, that has sufficient space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
You will need the following equipment for the live workout: - Sturdy chair (preferably a heavy chair with stable base; you may place the chair next to a wall or place it on a mat)
- A soft belt / long thick cloth strap / exercise towel (whichever is applicable)
To join our Zoom meetings, simply click onto the URL link that will be sent to you on WhatsApp by your respective clubhouse managers in the broadcast message a day before and a reminder on the event day. Do drop us a message if you have any questions regarding our Zoom Catch Up session!
