Friday Afternoon Workout with Rong Xing
We will start with a short catch up session with members at 2.30pm. Do come online early to chit chat with other members or the staff of ASPIRE55. The workout session with Rong Xing will commence at 3pm and is expected to end around 4pm.
Rong Xing will be guiding you through a series of new exercises that focuses mainly on gentle isometric flow. In this aspect, these exercises are done to improve your standing balance and strength. Do join us on Zoom for the live workout as we'll love to have you with us!
Demonstration and feedback will be provided to help you execute the movements correctly! Do wear your usual exercise gear and find a suitable spot in your home, that has sufficient space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
You will need the following equipment for the live workout:
