Keep Your Brain and Body in Shape With Our Trainers Today!
A healthy body can prevent conditions such as heart disease and diabetes, and help you maintain independence as you age. For this particular catch up session that will be happening on Zoom, we have prepared some brain games to trigger your brain juices followed by a live workout session to energize you for the week ahead.
Yi Yan, one of our interns, would be introducing different brain exercises for you to get started with at home! Each week, the exercises will be focused on stimulating different aspects of the brain so do join us each week to see what we have in store.
Thereafter, our very own ASPIRE55 Trainer, Sam, will be guiding you through a series of mobility exercises and movement drills to get your body moving ! Do prepare 2 water bottles (500ml and a 1.5l bottle) for the workout session. If not, any other similar objects will work too.
During the session, the exercises will be demonstrated first for you to see and understand how the movement should be performed. As you perform, the trainer and staff present will keep a keen eye out on your form and feedback will be provided to facilitate your workout session. So, make sure you find a good spot to set up your camera! Do wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
The catch up session will commence at 10am and is expected to end around 1030am. The Live Workout Session by Sam will begin at 1030am.
