Are You Ready To Kick Start Your Week With Some Brain Games And A Live Workout Session?
Well, ASPIRE55 got your back! For this particular catch up session that will be happening on Zoom, we have prepared some brain games to trigger your brain juices followed by a live workout session to help to energize you for the week ahead.
Yi Yan, one of our interns, have prepared a brain activity focusing on improving your spatial awareness! All you need is any 3 SAFE small objects (like 3 spoons, 3 pieces of small paper) to get started. We'll get you started on what you can do to work on your spatial awareness while you're at home!
Thereafter, our very own ASPIRE55 Trainer, Sam, will be guiding you through a series of exercises that focuses mainly on mobility of the distal and proximal joints (shoulder, ribcage, neck, etc.) with respiration. Followed by movement flow of "normal human" biomechanics. Do prepare a resistance band if you have one.
During the session, the exercises will be demonstrated first for you to see and understand how the movement should be performed. As you perform, the trainer and staff present will keep a keen eye out on your form and feedback will be provided to facilitate your workout session. So, make sure you find a good spot to set up your camera! Do wear something that you can exercise comfortably in and remember to find a spot that allows for ample space to move about as we want you to be safe at all times during the workout.
The catch up session will commence at 10am and is expected to end around 1030am. The Live Workout Session by Sam will begin at 1030am.
