FREE DEMENTIA PRE-SCREENING
The Good Life Co-operative Limited (TGL) founded by Dr. Carol Tan, Geriatrician and Medical Director, is partnering with ASPIRE55 to provide FREE Dementia Pre-Screening using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) paper, for ASPIRE55 members, families and friends. (U.P $60)
The MoCA is a brief test (15 minutes) to determine whether a person has abnormal cognitive function / Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), which may require them seek a thorough diagnostic assessment with a doctor.

Assessment results will be provided on-site. If the result is below normal, members have the option to schedule an appointment for further assessment with a doctor at the TGL clinic, and participate in a research study (valued at $1,000).
In addition to MoCA tests, a TGL rep would also be providing bone health advice and to distribute discounted vouchers of $80 for Bone Mineral Density (BMD) test for selected clinics (U.P $150).
