ASPIRE55 is heading to Nepal this September and the team is gathering to build on their endurance! Everyone is welcome to join us for any of the 5 sessions, but do check back with the team leader - Norman regarding the difficulty of each series.
Walk with ASPIRE55 and walk your way to better health, possibility lower your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Plus, you can strengthen your bones and muscles and help maintain a healthy weight.

Difficulty: 2-5/5 (1 being the easiest, equivalent to walking on flat surface)
Distance: at least 10km (please refer to table)
