Laughter yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants.
In this session, you'll be provided with the fundamental tools to equip you with the necessary learning points and activities to discover and experience the therapeutic benefits of prolonged laughter with scientific explanations and observations.

About the Instructor - Mr Van Ram, Founder & Director of Maximum Wellness
Mr Van Ram, referred by popular media as the laughter guru, is a senior laugher therapist and renowed speaker for human productivity programmes in Singapore.
He is a collaborator and service provider for Workplace Health Promotion Programmes by Health Promotion Board and has conducted trainings for over 50 organisations in Singapore.
He believes that laughter is the best form of exercise for both the mind and body to create an optimal self-benefit of existence.
