*Come along with friends, family, or on your own. All are welcome. Its just a friendly chat, and a good opportunity for you to let us introduce what we do to your parents or grandparents too. Its an open house, we are more about the conversations and rapport. The exercise will come naturally after. Many of our members never used to exercise or step into a gym before.
