Feedbacks from previous Workshop:

"Very useful session to learn techniques that can help ourselves and others."

"Instructor Jane explained connectivity of muscles, fascia, trigger points, referred pain etc. Showed us correct positions and use of fitness balls. We understood the goal, how to self-check if we are releasing pain correctly. She prepared us for post-exercise pain, to drink lots of water (detox) and the need to strengthen muscles after trigger release. Personal patient attention. Learnt much!"
