It's a place that we are calling home for now. The Wellbeing Innovation Lab by ASPIRE55 - Asia's First Retirement Village, is inviting you to come join us for a sneak preview of the programmes and activiites that we will be launching from this lab.

Tea, coffee, juices and light snacks will be provided. We welcome all interested parties to join us regardless of your age. All of us has someone ageing around us. If you are curious about how to age better, or to be part of the ASPIRE55 family, come chat with us.

Targeted at supporting over 55 year olds living in Singapore, we are a wellbeing community that offers a combination of social, health and care services that are typically available at a physical retirement village, yet allow our members to continue living in their own homes as they age.

Designed and operated by a team of young and energetic facilitators, our globally inspired and innovative programmes are focused on fun, health and fostering of the 'kampong' spirit.

We can be stronger as we age, physically and mentally. If you are interested in how ASPIRE55 will deliver preventive health activities like strength training for falls and incontinance prevention, brain training to reduce risks of dementia, and regular social activities, you have to come by and say Hi!

ASPIRE55 will monitor your health and wellbeing as you age, supporting you to be strong as you age, enabling you to live the life you would like to lead - Independently, with dignity and in good health.
