Patricia Hee, an ASPIRE55 Gold Member, is very passionate in her cooking and will only feed people with nothing but the best. She does not believe in shortcuts and prepares everything from scratch.

In this session, Patricia would like to share with participants how to make delicious Nonya Achar using MeatMan's recipe which she tweaked to make it taste even better. She will also share how to ferment Kiam Chye and to it stir fry a delicious Kiam Chye dish with pork belly, prawns, chilli padi and tomatoes. 

At the end of the session, there would be a light lunch served with stir fried kiam chye, sweet potato porridge, and another dish.

  • How to ferment your own kiam chye without the use of preservatives
  • Learn to stir fry a kiam chye dish with pork belly, prawns, chilli padi and tomatoes
