JOIN US FOR AN ENDURANCE WALK!Walking is easy, but finding the motivation to walk regularly can be challenging for some. ASPIRE55 has decided to make walking fun, incorporate exploring a new place, and add the joy of fantastic companionship and led by our trainer.
Walk with ASPIRE55 and walk your way to better health, possibility lower your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Plus, you can strengthen your bones and muscles and help maintain a healthy weight.

Meeting/Starting Point: Kent Ridge MRT, Street Level (Exit B)
Ending Point: Harbourfront MRT

Difficulty: 3/5 (1 being the easiest, equivalent to walking on flat surface)
Mandatory gear for the activity:
- Water bottle
- Good sturdy walking shoes
A WhatsApp group chat would be set up 1 week prior to the event date to disseminate necessary information/ reminders about the activity:
- Meeting point
- Directions (foot/ car) to meeting point
- Invitation to join Team ASPIRE55 for lunch after the activity
Note: Each participant is required to sign the Release of Liability form, which would be provided before the trip or on the day itself.
