Yoga For Strength, Balance And Flexibility

Ms Loy Wei Peng is a certified yoga instructor from the SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India. Wei Peng has taught groups, corporates and private yoga classes and in addition, she has also developed a yoga programme for older adults. She has a special interest in using yoga to improve the physical and mental health of the older adults.


In this 1-hr workshop, she will sharing about the importance of balance, strength and flexibility and how yoga can play a part. The workshop will also include a 45-mins practical session that covers the following:

  • Postures for balance, strength, and flexibility
  • Quick relaxation technique

Participants of this workshop are advised to have their meal at least 1.5-hrs before the workshop.
